As specialists in Supply Chain Management we can often deliver a much better, more efficient and more accountable service than that provided by in-house resources.
The nature of Wire Harness means that there is often complex bills of material involved, requiring a high level of management from in house purchasing and warehousing teams. By outsourcing to Fero, we can reduce hundreds of sourcing requirements down to just one easy to order part number. This significantly reduces the cost and increases the capacity in procurement teams.
We work with customers to ensure the right components are delivered to a consistently high standard. We audit all suppliers and have a very high level of requirements in order to use any components or materials in our looms. Quality is everything to us and we know that it all starts with our material suppliers.
We provide effective outsourced warehousing for some key clients, ensuring a constant supply of materials as and when they’re required, enabling them to focus on their finished product production line rather than on the supply of assembly components.
We procure components and materials on behalf of clients, negotiating MOQs and agreeing consistent quality standards.
